Had a lovely dinner at Paviljoen Meerzicht. The restaurant has a spectacular view on the Grevelingenmeer. When weather permits you can enjoy eating or drinking outside on the beautiful terrace.
Staff is friendly, but could be trained better. For instance they forgot to bring an extra menu and I had to pour my own prosecco from the bottle.
Prices are very reasonable: the catch of the day (which was salmon) costs 15 euro. My sea bass was about 20 euro. The fish was really fresh and perfectly cooked. I would have loved some more vegetables on my plate though.
We couldn’t resist ordering dessert. I really loved the absolutely fabulous apfelstrüdel! Not a Dutch specialty, but great nonetheless! We had a very lovely evening at Paviljoen Meerzicht and would definitely visit again.
